Fantastic Plastic, a new animated short by Lev Polyakov, is a dark comedy about a pop star Bobby Schnoz, who sings through his extremely long nose. Bobby has a life changing experience after getting attacked by a vicious and hungry Chihuahua, leaving Bobby without the one thing that made him stand out, and sending him off into a crazy eating binge that transforms him further. As he attempts to fill up his empty self, Bobby journeys into the depth of depression and insanity, towards an unexpected ending.

Director's statement: "Only Love" was my first foray into a production involving a sizable team of talented people. Working with a group of animators allowed me to concentrate on what I do best - directing, storyboarding, doing character/color designs and layouts. And of course, keeping track of everything going on with the film on a 15 page spreadsheet. The end result, I hope, is not only a film that viewers will find funny, entertaining, and pleasing to the eyes and ears, but also a film with a serious thought beyond the jokes and fast action.

Synopsis

A little goat gets kidnapped by a UFO while sleeping in a peaceful, albeit a little bizarre, countryside. What happens next is a menagerie of bits and pieces of places and characters all inside the head of a little female goat named Piper, who will take us on a very trippy journey to find how these places and characters make her tick. These are creatures of the subconscious; and though she does not want all of them to be inside her, they will forever be part of her mind, like a bad memory. What memory? She does not know. She is just a goat.
